Geoscience Australia is establishing an Organisational Transformation Program (the Program) to design and implement operating model changes to ensure that the organisation remains fit for purpose into the future. The Program will undertake organisational design and incorporate recommendations from recent internally initiated reviews and audits. It will align activities into cohesive, achievable workstreams that will allow us to deliver effective long-term change.

The Program will uplift key areas to improve our performance, resilience and impact and ensure that the organisation can continue to successfully deliver into the future.
