The Department of Government Services (DGS) has released a Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of the following Services and/or Deliverables to VGPB mandated departments, agencies, and entities as well as other eligible organisations:

(a) Provision of natural gas to ‘Small Sites’, being, for the purposes of this RFT, those sites that are classified as using less than 10,000 gigajoules (‘GJ’) of natural gas per annum (‘Small Sites’).

(b) Provision of natural gas to ‘Large Sites’, being, for the purposes of this RFT, those sites that are classified as using equal to or more than 10,000 GJ of natural gas per annum (‘Large Sites’).

Tenderers will have the opportunity to bid for one or both State Purchase Contracts.

Tenderers should also be aware that this procurement is subject to the Supplier Code of Conduct, Local Jobs First Policy, Fair Jobs Code and Social Procurement Framework.

Tenderers are required to obtain a Fair Jobs Code Pre-Assessment Certificate prior to submitting an RFT response.

Offers must be submitted at www.tenders.vic.gov.au.

Lodgement of Offers by any other electronic method will not be accepted.

Organisations wishing to participate in this opportunity must register on the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal.
