The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (The Commission) is currently expanding its image library with a range of general-purpose videos and short video clips to provide information via action-driven commentary. The image library will be managed by the Communications, Engagement & Education (CEE) Branch. It will be available for use by all Commission branches and divisions.

The quote requires consideration for the following:

• 3 x 3 minute videos that feature:
• 3 x NDIS participants and their support workers filmed at their premises in Adelaide on the topic of service provider registration and Commission intervention

The videos will require the following outputs:

• all videos to be rendered in several aspect ratios and resolution for channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
• B-roll 6 x 30 second clips for socials
• still HR images from the 3 x video shoots for use in both print and online
• written case studies circa 500 words for each one
• quotes from the talent for use in socials
• infographics to illustrate
• sub-titles / voice overs in 9 x languages plus AUSLAN (SOW can sub-contract to specialists for translation et al)

All videos to be shot by Friday 28 June 2024. If you are able to produce the videos and provide them prior to this date also, that would be greatly beneficial. We have factored in the need to provide the final videos in the new financial year.
