The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (The Commission) is in need of the supply of professional services with experience in digital content and publishing, marketing, communications and engagement.

The Commission is currently expanding its digital image library with a range of general-purpose videos and short video clips to provide information via action-driven commentary. The digital image library will be managed by the Communications, Engagement & Education (CEE) Branch. It will be available for use by all NDIS Commission branches and divisions.

It is recommended to seek quotes from the Digital Marketplace Panel – SON3413842 to procure the services of a supplier for these services. This will require

• 2 x 3 minute videos that feature:

1. The Commission’s contact centre IT transformation preferred in Penrith (However we will consider Adelaide if needed)
2. The Commission’s complaints and intake process either in Penrith (However we will consider Adelaide if needed)

The videos will require the following outputs:

• all videos to be rendered in several aspect ratios and resolution for channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
• B-roll 4 x 30 second clips for socials
• still high resolution digital images from the 2 x video shoots for use in both print and online
• written case studies circa 500 words for each one
• quotes from the talent for use in socials
• infographics to illustrate
• sub-titles and voice overs in 9 x languages plus AUSLAN (SOW can sub-contract to specialists for translation services)

The need for information in the form of video production has been supported at an Executive Level, in terms of “positive story telling” through informative action requirements for our participants, providers and workers.
