Concordia Growth Area - Transport Infrastructure - Housing, Infrastructure, Planning and Development Unit
This consultancy approach for a sole provider is required to be undertaken as a priority, to enable the Concordia Growth Area to further progress through rezoning assessment.
The aim of this project is to undertake further investigations to enable development of the structure plan which forms a basis for Code Amendment and an associated Infrastructure Scheme for the Concordia Growth Area (CGA) and adjoining areas for transport infrastructure. The Transport Infrastructure Strategy will address existing and future road, bike, public transport networks and associated infrastructure requirements that will serve the needs of the Concordia community and to ensure coordinated staged delivery by responsible parties.
The projects are all anticipated for completion by 6 December 2024.
