This tender is for the Rehabilitation of Sunny Corner Road, between Portland Sunny Corner Road and the Great Western Highway and High Street, Portland between Williwa and Roxburgh Roads and for Lithgow Council in the 2024/25 fiscal year. This tender will be for the works listed (pending Council approval) as well as a schedule of rates for other currently unspecified works which will be quoted for as they arise.

The works on Sunny Corner Road will include the rehabilitation of sections of pavement to preparation for sealing, clearing the roadside drainage lines and pipes for this section of road and some minor vegetation clearing.

The schedule of rates to be supplied for other unspecified works will be in the traffic control, machine hire (wet), day rates for grading works, truck cartage rates etc. Even if applicant do not wish to tender for the 2 projects listed, you are encouraged to submit a schedule of rates for future works.

As a part of this tender, works may come from the rehabilitation of rain event damaged roads which funding is still to be approved, once Council is notified of the funding approvals a request for quote will be send to the successful tenderers based on the schedule of rates supplied.
