Tender Description
District Council of Grant (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Revaluation and Condition Assessment of CWMS and Stormwater Assets (the Services).
Council is custodian of an extensive range of community assets that it provides to facilitate delivery of its services to the community. As such, Council is required to capture and value these assets and account for them according to accounting standards and other prescribed requirements to ensure good asset management practices and accurate and reliable accounting treatment.
The last comprehensive revaluation of Council CWMS and Stormwater was undertaken in 2016/2017. Council has since undertaken desktop componentization and revaluation of the assets (ie. capital improvements).
This project involves:
- The comprehensive valuation of Council’s CWMS and Stormwater Assets as at 1 July 2024 at fair value (FV)
- Provision of the valuation data ready to be uploaded into Council’s Asset Management Software (currently Brightly’s Assetic MyData)
