This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The AAT is seeking Services and Labour assistance with the migration to Teams Voice from Avaya.
The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) runs an Avaya PABX for general voice communication, and an Avaya Contact Centre Elite (CCE) System for Contact Centre telephony. Extensive use is made of Avaya IVR’s and hunt groups.
The AAT will be moving the Avaya general voice telephony system to Microsoft Teams Voice, the AAT has Microsoft E5 licencing for all users and Teams Pro for our Hearing Rooms.
It should be noted that the CCE system is staying and will not be replaced in the short term.
The Avaya telephony system runs on Communication Manager version 7 which hosts both extensions and CCE agents. It is further integrated with Avaya SM and Avaya SBCs.
The AAT has 1,753 perpetual licences of Aura 7 CM and the remaining systems (SM, SMGR, and SBC) are on v8. The AAT telephony architecture has 21 physical media gateways which are hosted on each level in the physical AAT offices. The AAT currently has ISDN connected to these media gateways in each office plans to move to SIP Trunks in short term.
For Contact Centre we have 101 v7 CC Elite subscription licences (These will NOT be changed).
The general Avaya licences are perpetual and not maintained. The Contact Centre licences are subscription and purchased on a yearly basis
