Expressions of interest are invited that will lead to a tender for the construction of an extension to the current brick Church building located at 16 Smart Street, Charlestown, NSW 2290.
The new extension consists of large integrated gathering space, Kitchen, 2 w/c’s, Accessible w/c and external works consisting of carparking and pedestrian access, along with a selection of upgrades / refurbishment forming part of the tendered works.
Tenderers are to be experienced in traditional and lightweight construction relating to extension / refurbishment of buildings of this type and scale, and should direct their registration of interest via email to sktaylor1997@gmail.com and samuel.wilson@cpres.org.au
Following closure to the Expression of Interest on 12 July 2024, Tenderers that have registered will be forwarded a link on Mon 15 July, containing the tender documentation, resulting in the commencement of the Tender duration period.
Tenders will close at 5:00pm on Fri 30 August 2024.
Tender submissions received after this date will unfortunately not be able to be considered.
A lump sum contract for the building works is expected to be signed mid September 2024, with commencement anticipated to start on site within approx 4 weeks of contract signing.
