Monash University is seeking a best value experienced service provider/reseller to provide and support the Genesys multi-channel Contact Centre platform, at Monash University. The Genesys Cloud contact centre underpins services for Monash Connect and IT Service Desk high volume customer engagement centres.
We are seeking:
-Mature and highly experienced services (authorized) providers/resellers of the Genesys multi-channel Contact Centre platform. that can help Monash:
-Develop deeper insights into customers and the types of enquiries being received through its contact centres.
-Optimize operational efficiencies in the contact centres while delivering an improved student and staff experience.
