Provision of cleaning services to a large 151 Lot Resort in Palm Cove.

The Body Corporate Committee is seeking expressions of interest for the following contract:

• Cleaning (Common Property + 4 buildings)

Applications are invited from suitably resourced companies (or Individuals) to undertake these services from 1 September 2024 for an initial period of 1 year (maybe extended up to 5 years). Contact details to be supplied with three references.
