AFP requires expertise in cyber security assessment and certification. Working with the AFP, and as directed, the supplier will deliver the following services:

1. Provide advice and subject matter expertise in relation to cyber security;
2. Review system solution or application designs;
3. Undertake security design reviews and evaluation against existing frameworks such as the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and Information Security Manual (ISM);
4. Collaborate with AFP Cyber Security branch and key stakeholders;
5. Develop cyber security artefacts; and
6. Review existing business processes and provide expert advice on proactive improvements.

The services will be delivered by one or more supplier resources up to the agreed number of effort hours (maximum 964 hours) noting that resource requirements will be dependent on the deliverables. All services are to be delivered at an hourly rate not exceeding $210 (GST inclusive). Services are expected to be performed on consecutive days (excluding weekends and holidays).
