This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Implementation of Rapid7 MDR Elite and MENTA from an existing on-premise instance of Rapid7.
Scope is defined as per the Rapid7 Scope of Service (also attached) - https://www.rapid7.com/globalassets/docs/managedservices/mdr-scope-of-service-elite.pdf
Service to include 24x7 monitoring, compromise assessment, regular threat hunting and incident response. The monthly data limit to be changed to unlimited.
A contract will be signed in June however work is to begin in the first week of July 2024.
