The Community Services Directorate/Housing Assistance is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver the Central Intake Service .

The Central Intake Service conducts client assessments of those seeking accommodation and support services. It then prioritises access to accommodation services according to need and makes referrals to service providers based on a triaging process. The Central Intake Service is a critical sector-wide service providing a central first access point to support services.
