Tender ID: 558610
Tender Details
Tender Description
In October 2022, ARV was established under the Alpine Resorts (Management) Act 1997, with a single board overseeing all alpine resorts in the State, superseding the previous arrangement with four boards responsible for the management and operation of alpine resorts. This aimed to create efficiencies through centralized systems and processes, including Assent Management and Emergency Management and Business Continuity.
ARV is responsible for six alpine resort areas, with a total fixed asset base of $370M across a range of public assets including buildings, roads, carparks, water supply, wastewater treatment and plant and equipment to support key services.
In each resort location, the asset management and emergency management and business continuity processes varying stages of maturity.
This project will assist in establishing the priorities to strengthen the design of ARV's risk management framework, business continuity and emergency management planning and overall essential infrastructure resilience processes. It will help us and our community to know, through expert opinion what our essential infrastructure is, how resilient it is currently against the threat of natural disaster, what the projected resilience is likely to be, and what actions are needed to strengthen resilience and disaster recovery now and into the future.
