The South Australia Housing Trust (the Trust) and the Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) are responsible for the delivery of maintenance services to their respective assets (approximately 680 being a mixture of age, type, commercial and residential) in the Aṉangu out Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands and adjacent communities and townships. This procurement will replace the expiring Property Maintenance Services for APY Lands contract.

The Trust will make available limited contractor accommodation and storage. Additional accommodation and storage may be available from the Trust or will require arranging by the Contractor.

Note: Password Protection - You are required to complete, execute and submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement (Part A RMS Attachment One Non-Disclosure) to the Contact Officer prior to the Trust making the ‘password’ available.
