Tender Description
Central Highlands Water (CHW) is seeking Tenders for the purchase of additional and surplus Plantation Pine Sawlogs, Pulpwood and Case Grade/ Out of Spec Sawlogs from CHW for the harvesting seasons commencing 1 September 2024 through to 30 June 2027, and an option of two x two years extension at CHW discretion only.
The appointed Tenderer shall be compliant with safety and environmental laws.
TYPE OF CONTRACT:
The Agreement/Contract will be a combination of schedule of rates and lump sum contract.
The Purchaser shall prior to the Effective Date and before the Agreement can commence, must provide CHW with a Bank Guarantee for the amount indicated in Part C of the Tender documents.
