Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors for the supply and or delivery of various Road Making Material products to the Gannawarra Shire Council as specified. Multiple tenderers may be appointed for this contract. If they cannot carry out/start works within the agreed timeframe then the subsequent accepted tenderer/s will be offered the work subject to them being able to carry out or start the work within the agreed timeframe.

The supplier should be aware that the time of delivery depends on when the materials are required on the construction site. No stock piling, storage and waiting charges are applicable to this tender. The Tenderer has to supply the material as per schedule within the specified time frame required.

Materials may need to be delivered to various project locations in different time frames. The Contractor has to maintain and update the material deliver dockets, which includes date of delivery, type of material, quantity, site location and other relevant details. This document should be given to Superintendent or Project Manager on request or submitted with the invoice.
