The Department for Environment and Water (DEW) is seeking to engage a suitably skilled and experienced contractor for the construction of wetland management infrastructure at Lake Hawdon North in the southeast of South Australia, approximately 10 km east of Robe. The infrastructure will enable management of water within the lake as required to meet the site’s ecological objectives.

The scope of works includes:

• Construction of a new environmental regulator structure within Drain L on the western side of Lake Hawdon North
• Construction of a rock-lined fish bypass structure around the Drain L regulator including an inlet structure and three regulated exit structures.
• development of all access tracks, lay down areas, fencing and temporary works necessary to deliver the Works.
