Tender Description
Finance plans to establish an Electricity Metering Services Arrangement in the contestable large markets of the National Electricity Market (NEM). Energy industry service providers are invited to:
- Provide feedback on the Commonwealth Deed of Standing Offer Terms proposed for a subsequent Electricity Metering Services Arrangement.
- Propose alternate clauses including the option of submitting a copy of their standard Direct Metering Agreement Terms; and
- Provide any other considerations for the proposed Electricity Metering Services Arrangement in the NEM.
