Mostyn Copper Group Pty Ltd ("MostynCopper"), as Project Managers on behalf of Northern District Cricket Club Inc (NDCC) 44 381 144 829 ("The Principal"), invites Tenders from selected organisations ("the tenderers") to develop a tender submission for the delivery of the proposed scope of works pertaining to the Design and Construct (D&C) of Mark Taylor Oval Stage 3, Pavilion for the Northern District Cricket Club Inc. ("the Project").
Contractors are invited to tender for the appointment of a D&C Head Contractor to carry out the Main Works of the Mark Taylor Oval Stage 3, Pavilion project in accordance with the Tender Documents.
The Works include all works necessary to complete the delivery of the Design and Construction of the development to the requirements of the Tender Documents.
It is currently proposed that the Works will commence immediately upon tender award in August 2024 to achieve Council required Conditions prior to the issue of the Construction Certificate.
The Conditions of Tender (Tender Document 3) set out the details of how you may submit your Tender.
The Returnable Schedules in Tender Document 4 must be completed and returned with your Tender.
The successful Tenderer will be required to execute the Contract, referenced in Tender Document 6 before commencing the Works.
There will be a Site Inspection and Tender Briefing held at 9:00am, 20 June 2024.
