1. Capability

Respondents will be evaluated against their ability to deliver the following services for the NDIA:

The service, support and ongoing provision of Rapid7 Threat Command for:

• 100 assets, and
• 5 remediation's.

2. Capacity and Experience

Respondents will be evaluated against their demonstration of:

• resourcing capacity to respond to and resolve support and information requests regarding Rapid7 Threat Command
• capacity to deliver the required software licences on an ongoing basis, and
• experience with state or federal government agencies or departments of a similar size.

3. Commitment to supporting people with a disability

Respondents will be evaluated against their demonstration of supporting people with disability.

4. Pricing

Respondents will be evaluated against pricing that:

• Is value for money,
• stated in Australian dollars (AUD),
• state exclusive of GST prices,
• state applicable GST,
• quoted as a fixed cost, however some items may be outlined as time and materials where required.

5. Investigations

Respondents should provide details of whether they are aware that they are under investigation, or the subject of court proceedings, in relation to a possible or actual breach of any laws.

6. Other reputational risks

Respondents should provide details of any matters such as claims, judgments, insolvency, bankruptcy which could affect their performance of the contract or cause adverse reputational risk to the NDIA.

7. Statement of non-compliance with the draft contract and NDIA Additional Contract Terms

Respondents should provide detail on:

• any non-compliance with the draft contract; and
• an explanation of the reason of any non-compliance.
