• There are 5 amenities to clean 4 daily 1 weekly

• The amenities in mention are 1 within a 10km radius of Euston the other 4 within 3km of each other.

• 3 hours per day will be allocated for the daily task

• Cleaning will be required 7 days a week including public holidays

• Council to supply cleaning equipment and chemical. Through council stores department. Delivery of goods to Euston works depot as required.

• Council will also supply toilet rolls and hand towel etc. Through Council stores department. Then delivered to Euston works depot.

• Contractor to report any damage and necessary maintenance to Works Coordinator

• Cleaning to be of a high standard and left in a hygienic state

• Invoicing to be sent in fortnightly to Balranald Shire Council

• The rate contractor requests will be a flat rate no penalties to apply

• Anything supplied by Council remains the property of Council and misappropriation of such may terminate appointment of roll.
