This Tender is restricted by the Issuer.
The project objective is to provide a future proof police station at Port Macquarie that supports the accommodation and equipment standards of police. The quantity surveyor will be responsible for providing cost estimates at each phase of the design milestones, provide support with contractor claims through the construction phase, monitor the costs of design and construction and provide benchmark reporting at the conclusion of the Project.
