This offer is for Cleaning Services from a (as specified A.2) suitably qualified commercial cleaning business. The supplier must be currently licensed with the Victorian Government Labour Hire Authority (LHA). Cleaning Services involve servicing the Healesville Sanctuary staff and visitor areas. The contract may be awarded for up to five years (2 years + 1year + 1 year + 1 year). The Contract includes a fixed price for all scheduled cleaning both daily and periodical, plus additional cleaning that is required to be serviced as part of the contract through a request for quote system. The additional cleaning includes cleans for seasonal peaks, unscheduled and emergency cleaning and any other cleaning needs that arise to satisfy business needs.
