Tender Description
Mosman Council (Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of Stage 1a drainage/stormwater works.
Please note that the proposed drainage works have been split into 3 stages, however, this tender is only for Stage 1a.
The scope of the work includes but is not limited to:
- Demolition, disposal and site preparation work
- Concrete Works - Kerb and Gutter, Concrete Road Pavement, Driveways
- Asphalt Works - Road pavement
- Paving Works - Brick paving footpath
- Supply and Install stormwater (pit, pipes) infrastructure
- Supply and Install Linemarking
- As-built drawings, tidy up the site and handover
- Other miscellaneous works as required to complete the Scope of Works
- Make good any damages resulting from construction works
