Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors (VBA Registration {or equivalent} as a Commercial Builder) to undertake all works associated with the re-development of the Scott Street, Warracknabeal Amenities Block (located in the Tourist Information Precinct).

The scope of this work encompasses re-developing the existing Amenities Block with the following considerations:

• Removal of the existing single skin brick work walls to enable the incorporation of a fully accessible facility and an ambulant facility for males and females.
• Remodeling the internal toilet spaces and facilities of the existing building.
• Keeping the smaller toilet located between the male and female facilities as it is to make it available as a unisex facility.
• The adjacent toilet should become an ambulant facility in which a baby change table is to be added.
• The budget for this project is $235,000-$240,000 (excluding GST).
