Flinders University is seeking to partner with a heating, ventilation and air conditioning HVAC services systems specialist who will work in the University's interest to deliver services that maintain the regulatory compliance, reliability, and integrity of all HVAC System Assets.

The scope of HVAC Services incorporates the following sites

Bedford Park Main Campus i.e. North Ridge, South Ridge, Sturt, Flinders Living precincts,

Mark Oliphant Building,

Repatriation General Hospital presence,

Noarlunga presence, and

Tonsley precinct.

There is some scope for the Provider being awarded some or all of the University's Capital Project works and services, however this is not guaranteed and will be governed by the University's Capital Development division under separate procurement processes

A site visit across the Bedford Park and Tonsley Campuses will be held on Thursday 20 June 2024 commencing at 9.00 am to 12.00 pm midday ACST. Please register by close of business on Wednesday 19 June 2024 via the University Representative.
