Tender Description

The scope of works to be carried out under this Contract comprises of the Construction/ Extension of a new shed and relocation of Existing Bunded Storage area.

The work for this contract is to be constructed to the detailed drawings provided, and includes

  • -Site establishment and set out of works.
  • -Temporary fencing and amenities
  • -Demolition and removal of existing slab and cladding, as per Demolition plan
  • -New concrete slab works as per Slab Design
  • -Installation of New Shed and Bunded Storage area as per plan
  • -Electrical, Stormwater services as per plans and specifications with connection to existing services within 3 meters of the building outline.
  • -Twelve months defects liability period after practical completion
