EXTENT OF WORK

This specification details the requirements for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the complete Electrical and Lighting services for the Doyle Street (Avondale Heights) Lighting Upgrade project (hereafter referred to as the Project).

The Project shall include works specified herein and as shown on the associated drawings.

The extent of work for the Project includes, but not limited to, the following:

• Lighting masts and associated footings for sports lighting

• Sports Floodlights

• Sports Lighting Control including lighting programming.

• New lighting control board and lighting control system

• Electrical wiring and reticulation

• Authority approvals

• Removal of redundant poles and equipment

• Testing and commissioning

• Operational and Maintenance Manuals

• 12 months defects liability

Provide all work and materials:

• Specified and as shown on the drawings,

• Necessary for the satisfactory completion and operation of the Works,

• Generally provided in accordance with accepted trade practice
