Deakin Residential Services invites proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT), from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Preventative Plumbing Maintenance Services for Deakin Residential Services 'Burwood, Waurn Ponds, Waterfront and Warrnambool facilities.

Deakin Residential Services Pty Ltd (DRS) is a wholly owned not-for-profit subsidiary of Deakin University (Deakin), established by Deakin University in August 2010 to manage Deakin's on-campus accommodation and residential student experience. As a separate entity there are some unique differences in the way statutory maintenance of fire protection assets and operations is delivered. DRS will manage their own administrative tasks including scheduling, invoicing, and auditing. Please note that the facilities are the home of students who have rental agreements and lease conditions that must be followed.

A discretionary site inspection has been scheduled for 10:00 am, Tues 18 June 2024 at Waterfront and 11:30 am Waurn Ponds Campuses;10:00 am, Wed 19 June 2024 at Warrnambool Campus; and 10:00 am, Thurs 20 June 2024 at Burwood Campus. Please note that the maximum number of 2 attendees is limited to two per organisation.

Proposal submissions close on Thursday 04 July 2024 at 2:00PM (AEDT). All submissions should be lodged into the electronic tender box . Late submissions will not be accepted.
