Rous County Council (Rous) is inviting proposals from suitably qualified contractors to deliver the Richmond River Ecosystem Health - Catchment-wide Risk Based Planning for On-ground Works project. The aim of the project is to identify and prioritize a fundable 10-year program of on-ground works at sufficient magnitude to quantifiably improve the health of the Richmond River.
