Tender Description

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to the following:

1) Traffic Management;

2) Demolition, Bulk Excavation and disposal offsite;

3) Construction of Subsoil drains;

4) supply and Install stormwater pipes, pits, manholes, and end walls;

5) Construction of Kerb & Channel, crossovers, footpath, pedestrian ramps, shelter and bin slabs or footings, and driveways;

6) Construction of strip footing, road humps, and traffic island;

6) Electrical works;

7) Construction of pavement for car parks;

8) Asphalt sealing;

9) Supply and Install bollards, traffic signs and pavement markings;

10) Install picnic setting, bench seating and shelters;

11) Adjust service covers;

12) Landscaping; and

13) General reinstatement etc.
