Clairvaux Football Club is seeking tender applications for a suitably qualified sports field Contractor to redevelop two (2) soccer fields (herein referred to as the “Lower Oval”) located at Clairvaux MacKillop College, Klumpp Rd, Upper Mount Gravatt QLD 4122. The objective is to improve surface levels, prevent water ponding and provide a new uniform turf surface for play across the 14,300m2 playing surface. Funding to undertake the work is provided by Clairvaux Football Club and the Queensland Government’s Minor Infrastructure and Inclusive Facilities Fund (MIIFF). The works, including total kill of the existing surface, topsoil importation, stolonising and turf establishment, is to be conducted between September 2024 to late January 2025. The project is being managed by Australian Sports Turf Consultants (ASTC).
