Territory Generation (TGen) is the principal power generator for the Northern Territory with eight sites across the Northern Territory. TGen is serviced by a small in-house legal team that manages the majority of business-as-usual work involving primarily contracts, commercial, procurement, compliance and regulatory advice.

TGen however routinely seeks the services of outside counsel for any large-scale litigation, major project work or specialist advisory which may arise from time to time. The intent of this contract is to establish a panel for legal services to perform work of this nature for TGen.
