Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The Division is seeking to engage one or more Suppliers to provide Participant Recruitment to support the Aged Care Reform Program (the Program).

The Supplier/s will be required to provide multiple Participant Recruitment exercises to support intended research throughout the delivery of projects.

This will include:

Undertaking multiple Participant Recruitment exercises as per the specifications (including demographics and locations) the Division will provide in writing to the successful Supplier/s at the relevant time.
Confirming interview details with participants via telephone calls and text messages, arranging participant substitutions and re-arranging appointments.
Managing vouchers to reimburse participants for their time to participate in interviews.
Arranging venues for participant engagement activities in capital city, metropolitan, regional and remote locations where required.
Managing participant research consent and participant information sheets where interviews are not conducted face to face.
Conducting online, telephone or mail surveys as required.
