Tender Description
The Customer is seeking proposals and costings for a Learning Management System (LMS, or system) and associated integration, migration and customer support services (altogether, the services).
The LMS will be used for the delivery of eLearning courses, including:
. training for Commission staff, primarily at induction
. free courses for the public where users require certificates of completion (currently 11 Child Safe Organisations module)
. paid courses delivered as part of our workplace training program ( currently 3 courses)
. tailored courses we have been commissioned to develop for audiences as part of our workplace training program.
The Customer would also like to be able to use the LMS for live learning sessions using the Microsoft Teams integration.
