THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF WHYALLA (the Council) invites Expressions of Interest for the bulk crushing of concrete at the old Whyalla Landfill Site located on Iron Knob Road, Whyalla Barson (the Services).

The Council will negotiate a Contract for the Works with the successful party.

OPTIONS ON METHODOLOGIES:

• Council is open to proposed methodologies for carrying out this scope to best suit both the contractor and Council requirements (see examples below):
• Once off crushing campaign of approx. 7,000 tonne
• Once off crushing campaign of approx. 7,000 tonne + on-selling of product
• 3 year contract, with annual crushing campaign of up to 3,00 tonne per year as required
• 3 year contract, with annual crushing campaign of up to 3,000 tonne per year as required + on-selling of finished product

Council is willing to consider any other methodologies contractors feel would best suit the needs of both parties.

Works to comply with all requirements of the Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (SA) and any regulations made under it.
