Council is inviting quotations from experienced Consultants to prepare a conceptual masterplan for renewal and upgrading of the town pool in Coonabarabran. Key features of the proposed masterplan include: a 25m x 8 lane pool with disability access, toddler pool and splash park, amenities, pool treatment plant room/s, car parking, property boundaries and entry building.

All plans are to adhere to Universal Design principles and must meet the National Construction Code of Australia, Workplace Health and Safety Regulations, the Royal Life Saving Society Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations and the Australian Standard Design for Access and Mobility (AS1248).
