Conducting a comprehensive review of the current master program, which integrates approximately 20 individual project and programs into a unified Whole of Portfolio Master Program. The consultant will be responsible for compiling and structuring this comprehensive Master Program to encompass all Capital Works activities. This involves consolidating individual programs into a single master program and enduring seamless updates on a bi-monthly basis to align with project lifecycles.
