The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority (the Authority) is seeking submissions from suitably experienced people / businesses to operate the Mobile Food & Beverage Operations at designated locations on the foreshore reserve in Torquay.

The Authority is making the following locations available for a suitable operator conduct a mobile food and beverage operation.

• License Area #1: Elephant Walk carpark, Torquay
• License Area #2: Cosy Corner, Torquay

Each licence areas will have ‘site specific’ conditions, features and access to utilities (included within the licence fee). Applicants should familiarise themselves with site specific conditions and features.

The successful applicant(s) will be granted a license or licenses to operate an approved commercial business for seasonal periods, 1 September to 30 April, over a 3 year term.
