Tender Description
The Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety requires an external consultant to undertake an evaluation of the DEMIRS psychosocial risk profile and produce a report with recommendations of future controls.
The successful Respondent will be responsible for conducting focus groups with both employees and leaders, senior stakeholder interviews and delivering training or action plans in relation to reducing Psychosocial risk as required.
