Tender Description
The Request for Proposal (RFP) for the NSW Police Force Constable Education Program will be conducted in two stages. Stage 1 will require Tenderers to meet set mandatory requirements before being granted access to the full RFP documents under Stage 2.
NSWPF is seeking a service provider to co-deliver the NSW Police Force Constable Education Program which will include curriculum development, course accreditation, remote, online and face to face teaching, student assessment, conferral of AQF6 qualification, student support and administration, fee collection as well as associated resources and services.
The Services will be provided for a period of up to 10 years which may be extended for a further 5 years.
Additional Details / Instructions
In order to obtain the full Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation Respondents must submit a completed Confidentiality Deed and Part D1 Response Schedule. Tenderers meeting mandatory criteria will then be provided access the full RFP pack.
Mandatory criteria include:
• Confidentiality Deed
• TESQA or ASQA accreditation
• Ability to self-accredit AQF 6 course; and
• Ability to provide Fee-Help or VET loans

A tender briefing will be held on 27 June 2024 at 11:00am only for tenderers that successfully satisfy mandatory criteria of this stage of the RFP process (attendance at the briefing is not mandatory).
A briefing registration form must be submitted to procurement@police.nsw.gov.au by 25 June 2024 12:00pm.
