WorkSafe Victoria will engage a panel of Service Providers to deliver consultancy services under the Program to Victorian organisations with less than sixty employees. WorkSafe is seeking Tenders from Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Return to Work (RTW) Service Providers to improve OHS and Return to Work management.

Resulting from the tender process WorkSafe would like to invite new vendors and expand the existing panel of Service Providers to provide OHS Essentials Program consultancy services. This procurement is intended to address identified gaps associated with specific regional areas, industry experience and area of expertise.

The contract duration will align with the contract term from the existing panel and expire on 30 June 2026. Contract specifications are detailed in the sample contract located in Part C - letter of engagement for the provision of services of this RFT.

Please note: Existing Suppliers of the OHS Essentials Program Panel are not required to reapply for this tender.

Requirement to hold a Fair Jobs Code Pre-Assessment Certificate

WorkSafe Victoria would also like to notify Suppliers of the Victorian Fair Jobs Code (FJC) (refer to Schedule 5 of Part C - letter of engagement for the provision of services) and the requirement that every Supplier will need to hold a Fair Jobs Code Pre-Assessment Certificate. Suppliers will need to commence the process of applying for an FJC Pre-Assessment Certificate from this link - https://www.buyingfor.vic.gov.au/apply-fair-jobs-code-pre-assessment-certificate. Once you have obtained the FJC Pre-Assessment Certificate, please send it to Jason McLaren, via email jason_mclaren@worksafe.vic.gov.au. WSV encourages all Suppliers to commence the FJC Pre-Assessment Certificate process immediately to ensure obtaining the certificate and avoiding any delays.
