The APS Learning and Development Strategy and Action Plan (2021) identified the need to develop an APS-wide Learning Technology Roadmap to improve discoverability and access to high-quality digital learning experiences (p. 11 of the Action Plan).

The APSC has been leading a project in collaboration with other agencies to help identify user needs and technology barriers/opportunities to support the roadmaps development. The project is following the Digital Transformation Agencies Digital Service Standard, including conducting a Discovery Phase.

The Discovery Phase is nearly complete, and the APSC is now seeking a suitable provider to provide expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Service Design and Strategic Design to help bring together the future roadmap of APS-wide learning technology.

Statement of Requirements:

There are two overarching outcomes we are seeking from this engagement:

Roadmap: Assist in bringing together the APS-wide Learning Technology Roadmap and associated artefacts in collaboration with the Learning experience co-design team which has broad representation across Government.

Detailed Requirements: Develop detailed requirements to support the evolution of APSC L&D platforms (including business cases if required) supporting the future vision from the roadmap.
