Gippsland PHN is seeking suitably qualified and experienced multi data collection, analysis and software providers to produce geospatial, interactive and user-friendly Gippsland Climate Vulnerability and Risk Maps through the collection, integration, analyses and transformation of pre-determined data sets.

Contract is expected to be awarded in early September 2024 and continue until 28 February 2025.

The total budget for this procurement is up to approximately $85k ex-GST.

A non-mandatory online Pre-Procurement Information Session was held via Zoom on 1 July 2024 to discuss the Production of Geospatial Gippsland Climate Vulnerability and Risk Maps model and provided an opportunity for applicants to ask questions about the model. Link to the record will be released as Addendum 1 to the tender documentation.

The public tender is scheduled for release Tuesday 2 July 2024.

A non-mandatory online applicant information session will be held via Zoom on 9 July 2024 to discuss the tender specifications and provide an opportunity for applicants to ask questions. The link to access the information session can be found within the Tender Specification.
