This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
National Archives of Australia has an existing investment in ServiceNow, used for 15 service desks ranging from ICT Service Desk to other enabling areas (HR, Property, etc), to business areas.
National Archives is seeking professional services from a ServiceNow reseller to perform a health check on its ServiceNow implementation and how it is used to manage digital workflows.
The objectives of this engagement are to:
- perform a health check on National Archives' current ServiceNow configuration and identify any issues with how the tenancy has been set up, providing a written report capturing the high-level description of the current configuration.
- Resolve and/or identify areas that need to be resolved as part of a written Remediation Action Plan (deliverable)
- Identify missed opportunities - including identifying any licensed functions or features which would benefit National Archives which are not implemented/partially implemented/or incorrectly implemented so we can derive maximum potential; and
- Identify what future investments could be made to ensure National Archives is maximising the benefits of ServiceNow including implementation of additional workflows and/or potential integrations with other systems which would improve National Archives' service delivery.
The engagement is intended to be a short-term engagement of approximately one month and requires onsite collaboration with National Archives stakeholders, particularly ServiceNow Administrators.
Sellers should provide National Archives with responses that show they have performed this type of work for other Commonwealth agencies before, and the outcomes of those engagements focusing on how it delivered measurable improvements.
Sellers will need to be available to perform this work between late July to end-August 2024 and be prepared to work from one of the National Archives' offices (preferably ACT). A Baseline security clearance and pre-employment check are required before commencement of personnel.
National Archives may at its sole discretion use the contract formed with the Seller to request additional ServiceNow configuration work be performed. Such additional work will be scoped and priced separately.
