The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2324-048 for the provision of construction of a new playspace at Herberts Lane, Diamond Creek

The contract is to construct the new Herberts Lane Playspace as per approved design.

The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the works.

It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 September 2024 with a practical completion date of 31 December 2024.

Note: There is some flexibility in relation to the commencement and completion dates. These will be discussed and confirmed with the successful tenderer.

Background information / Compatibility requirements

The new playground will cater to more diverse groups and provide opportunities for all ages and abilities to participate. This project will meet the growing demands of an increasing population, as well as supporting the need for more active recreation opportunities.
