Bridge42 has been engaged by Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council to provide Project Management Services for the Cultural Connection Hub Project. The proposed project entails a rebuild of GLALC current 103 Moore Street Liverpool site. The Cultural Connection Hub will offer a wide range of cultural amenities, including a café, Meeting Place, multifunction gallery space, a Keeping Place, Cultural Education Centre, and a rooftop level with function facilities and an interactive Greenzone. The project is funded by WSIGP (Western Sydney Infrastructure Grant Program).

A Development Application was lodges with the Liverpool City Council in April 2024, determination is expected in September 2024.

This ‘request for quotation’ is for the purpose of procuring a Quantity Surveyor to provide various services for the entirety of the Cultural Connection Hub Project from Design Development to Project Delivery and close-out
