Southern Rural Water is undertaking a range of strategic projects and opportunities across our service area and we are focussed on shifting from being an organisation that does everything, to an organisation that knows what we do well and partners with others to deliver the functions where we don't have scale.
Forming new partnerships through innovative models (e.g. shared services partnerships, joint ventures or more collaborative partnerships) to share risks and rewards is a strategic focus area for our business.
We are looking for a consultant to develop a strategic partnership framework, consolidating thinking on where best value lies for us to partner, our current maturity and a pathway for implementation.
This is a document that will inform board decision making.
